If the customer receives a defective item, wrong item, or an item that does not match the order, the customer should contact PHOS customer service as soon as possible, including the order number and clear photos of the product.
PHOS will review the request and act in accordance with applicable law, including repair, replacement, store credit, or refund, as applicable.
Care & Washing Instructions
Products must be used in accordance with the care and washing instructions appearing on the label or as provided by PHOS.
PHOS shall not be responsible for damage caused to a product as a result of improper use, washing not in accordance with the instructions, unsuitable drying, ironing directly on print or embroidery, use of chemical substances, or any other treatment that does not comply with the product care instructions.
